Hatnur Dam is an earthfill dam located on the Tapi River near Hatnur village in Bhusawal, Jalgaon district, Maharashtra, India.Constructed in 1982, it serves multiple purposes including agricultural irrigation, domestic water supply, hydroelectric power generation (~1420 MW), and flood control.

The dam has a height of 25.5 meters (84 ft) and a length of 2,580 meters (8,460 ft).It originally had 41 radial-type ogee spillway gates, but as of 2024, eight additional gates are being constructed at lower levels to combat siltation and improve desilting through controlled water flushing. This project aims to restore over 3.5 TMC of storage capacity and prevent flooding in 11 upstream villages.

With a gross storage capacity reported up to 388,000 million cubic meters and a catchment area of 29,430 km², it is one of the largest dams in Maharashtra. The dam is especially scenic during the monsoon when water is discharged through multiple gates, attracting tourists and photographers.
